The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”) requires patients to acknowledge receipt of the practice’s Notice of HIPAA Privacy Practices. The Notice is published on the Precision Longevity Consultants website. You acknowledge receipt of the Notice by clicking on the “I Acknowledge Receipt of the Notice of Privacy Practices” button, or by indicating your acknowledgement in another written or digital manner provided. You can receive a copy of the Notice by asking for one at a Precision Longevity Consultants clinic, or by printing one from our website at anytime.
Though Precision Longevity Consultants is not classified as a HIPAA-covered entity under federal law, we have voluntarily elected to follow and comply with the standards set forth in HIPAA to ensure the highest level of protection for your medical and personal health information (PHI).
